Members

• Eligibility: Professionals with at least 5 years relevant work experience, with evidence of completing certain training programs, certifications, advanced degrees, community works and voluntary – pro bono initiatives, within PHSSEM leadership, who meet the institute’s membership criteria below.

  • Must have held a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Must have obtained professional certifications in PHSSEM (e.g., Certified Public Health and Safety Specialist).

  • Must have actively contributed to the development of at least one SGI program or initiative.

  • Must have mentored a Graduate or Student member for a minimum of one year.

• Progression: Members can advance to “Fellow” status by demonstrating significant contributions to the field, as mentioned above, participating in research, or contributing to the institute’s initiatives and affiliates. In addition, they must fulfil all the “MUST” requirements of the Fellow cadre.
